How is the projector installed?

Is the IDRA II compatible with different software?
Yes. The IDRA II works seamlessly with GSPro (included for one year) and is also compatible with E6 Connect, giving you flexibility in how you play and practice.

What computer do I need to run GSPro?
For best performance, we recommend a PC with an Intel i7 10th Gen processor or newer, 16 GB RAM, and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 20 or 40 Series GPU. You’ll also need two USB 3.0 ports and a stable high-speed internet connection. (AMD processors and GPUs are not supported.)

Will my GSPro subscription renew after the first year?
Yes. After your first year, the subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

How long will the projector last?
The AK700ST (4K Laser) projector is rated for up to 20,000 hours of use, offering long-term performance without the need for lamp replacements.

How long does it take to set up SimBooth 1?
Most customers complete the installation in under 2 hours. The enclosure is designed for self-installation with straightforward instructions.

What are the space requirements?
You’ll need a room height between 8’3” – 10’, with at least 12’ depth and 11’ width to comfortably accommodate the enclosure and hitting area.

What kind of warranty is included?
