How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on most items across the continental United States.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Standard in-stock products typically ship within 5–8 business days.
- Made-to-Order Systems: High-performance simulators and custom enclosures are built to order. Please allow 20-50 days for production, assembly, and delivery.
- Estimated timelines are provided on each product page and confirmed at checkout.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Due to the size and value of our simulation equipment, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical street address for all deliveries.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and secure checkout options as displayed at the bottom of our website.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at (612) 217-1393 as soon as possible. Once an item has entered the production phase (for custom builds) or has been shipped, cancellations may be subject to restocking fees.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your equipment. Standard items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition.
