Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping is available on eligible products within the contiguous United States. Products requiring freight, liftgate, White Glove, oversized, or specialty delivery may have product-specific shipping terms clearly shown before checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery timelines vary by product category and include both production (handling) time and transit (shipping) time.
Because we offer everything from in-stock accessories to made-to-order simulator systems, delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Tech / Accessories: 5–8 Business Days
- Individual Components & Seating: 8–12 Business Days
- Simulator Packages & Enclosures (Freight): 10–20 Business Days
- Custom / Specialized Systems (Freight): 19–31 Business Days
Many products are made-to-order or built-to-order and require production time prior to shipment. These timelines are included in the estimates above.
What is Freight Delivery?
For oversized items such as simulator enclosures, motion platforms, and large equipment, we use specialized freight carriers.
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- A responsible party must be present to receive and inspect the shipment
- Optional services such as liftgate or White Glove delivery may be available depending on the product
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. Due to the high value and physical scale of simulation hardware, we require a physical street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Are there restocking fees?
Yes. To cover technical inspection and specialized repackaging of precision hardware, a 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping and freight costs. For large equipment, items must be properly crated or palletized for carrier pickup.
