Welcome to ProSimHQ. ProSimHQ is the registered assumed name of Wellari LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "ProSimHQ," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Wellari LLC operating under the registered assumed name ProSimHQ.

ProSimHQ operates this website, online store, and related services, including all information, content, products, software, tools, and services made available through this website. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with all policies and notices referenced herein.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & PRICING
Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to keep product pricing, availability, specifications, and included components accurate and current. We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be accurate.
Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in USD ($). Prices and availability for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or service at any time. In the event that a product is listed incorrectly or becomes unavailable after an order is placed, ProSimHQ will immediately notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Taxes: Posted prices do not include sales tax.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your use of our Services, order fulfillment sequences, handling parameters, and tracking terms are governed strictly by our complete Shipping Policy. 
Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (CST) Central Standard Time (UTC-06:00). Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Your purchases, order cancellations, restocking fee applications, and refund distributions are governed and processed solely in accordance with our standalone Refund & Returns Policy. We offer a definitive 30-day return window for eligible standard items in brand new, unused, and unassembled condition. Direct product exchanges are not processed; alternative items must be ordered via a separate transaction following return processing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ProSimHQ or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
