Order Cancellation Policy

ProSimHQ is the registered assumed name of Wellari LLC. We understand that plans can change, and this policy explains how customers may request cancellation of an order before shipment.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Standard Orders: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has not entered fulfillment, been assigned tracking, been transferred to a manufacturer or distributor for fulfillment, or otherwise become non-cancellable, the order may be cancelled for a full refund.
  • Orders Already in Fulfillment: Because some products ship directly from manufacturers, distributors, or specialty warehouses, fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed. We will make reasonable efforts to honor cancellation requests received within the 24-hour window, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Any request after shipment will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy .

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation, please contact ProSimHQ as soon as possible and include your name and order number.

A cancellation request is not considered approved until ProSimHQ confirms that the order has been successfully cancelled.

3. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider or financial institution.

4. Returns After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility requirements, return instructions, applicable restocking fees, return shipping responsibility, and refund terms.
