This premium system ships as an oversized product due to its specialized dimensions, structural packaging requirements, and/or multi-component configuration.

All applicable freight delivery charges are fully calculated and clearly disclosed at checkout before your payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Estimated total delivery timelines for enclosure and oversized simulator systems range from 10–20 business days (comprising 5–10 business days processing/handling and 5–10 business days transit time).

Total delivery time includes:

• Professional production, supplier allocation, and handling time
• Oversized heavy-freight carrier transit time
• Specialized processing and secure freight crating/preparation
• Required curbside delivery scheduling coordination by the carrier

Before Your Delivery Arrives

To ensure a flawless freight delivery process, please verify the following parameters prior to completing your purchase:

• Space Dimensions: Confirm your destination installation space can fully accommodate the product dimensions listed within our Specifications tab.
• Delivery Access: Ensure there is an accessible, clear, and safe path suitable for a standard commercial freight truck to perform a curbside delivery.
• Freight Coordination: Large freight shipments require a scheduled delivery appointment with the carrier and a formal adult signature upon arrival.

Note: Missed delivery appointments or completely inaccessible delivery paths may result in standard carrier storage or re-delivery fees as dictated by carrier terms.

Shipping Coverage Limitations

Standard online freight pricing applies strictly to the contiguous United States. Deliveries to remote-area zip codes or limited-access locations are calculated dynamically at checkout before payment. We do not provide standard online checkout for Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations unless custom arrangements are formally established with our team in advance.

Transit Shipment Inspection

We assume full responsibility for transit safety. All oversized freight shipments should be superficially inspected upon arrival. To assist our logistics team with freight carrier insurance claims, please report any visible packaging damage or shortages to info@prosimhq.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging, product, and delivery documentation. Standard product functionality and defects are fully protected under our standard return and warranty windows.

Definitive Returns & Non-Returnable Classifications

Due to the specialized freight requirements, custom crating, and advanced manufacturing allocations of large-scale simulator setups, structural return conditions apply:

• Custom-Configured Setups: Made-to-order, customized, or assembled golf enclosures and motion platforms are non-returnable and non-refundable once production, custom manufacturing, or freight fulfillment has formally begun.
• Standard Eligible Returns: Eligible, uncustomized standard components can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All remorse returns must be completely unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and 100% intact within original manufacturer packaging.
• Restocking Fees: Approved remorse returns for equipment hardware carry a mandatory 20% restocking fee.
• Logistics Deductions: Return freight shipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. For approved customer remorse returns, ProSimHQ's actual original outbound freight costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• Damaged/Defective Exceptions: Verified product defects, carrier damage, or fulfillment mistakes confirmed by ProSimHQ are fully exempt from return fees and will be resolved at zero cost to the customer via direct part replacement, repair, or substitution.
