Track Your Order
At ProSimHQ, we provide tracking information for all eligible shipped orders. Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
How to Track Your Order
After shipment, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number(s) for your shipment
- Carrier information and tracking link(s)
Please note:
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment confirmation
- Freight shipments may require scheduled delivery appointments
- Made-to-order products may have additional production time prior to shipment

Depending on the product type, size, and destination, orders may ship using one or more of the following carriers:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Freight and LTL carriers

Freight Deliveries
Large simulator systems, enclosures, motion platforms, and oversized equipment may ship via freight carrier.
For freight shipments:
- The carrier may contact you directly to schedule delivery
- Delivery appointments may be required
- Tracking updates may appear less frequently than standard parcel shipments
