Freight Delivery Information

The freight carrier will contact you directly via the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a dedicated delivery appointment. Large freight shipments require a scheduled delivery appointment, a formal adult signature upon arrival, and are fulfilled via professional curbside delivery service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate vehicle access and a clear, flat delivery clearance area for oversized shipments at the destination location. Missed delivery appointments or completely inaccessible delivery locations may result in standard carrier storage or re-delivery fees as dictated by carrier terms.

Premium Delivery Adjustments & Upgrades

Standard freight options include necessary curbside unloading accommodations. Premium optional upgrades—such as specialized inside delivery, custom White Glove handling, or installation assistance—are selected or custom-quoted before final dispatch.

Shipping Coverage Limitations

Standard online freight pricing applies strictly to the contiguous United States. Deliveries to remote-area zip codes or limited-access locations are calculated dynamically at checkout before payment. Transit Shipment Inspection

We assume full responsibility for transit safety. All oversized freight shipments should be superficially inspected upon arrival. To assist our logistics team with freight carrier insurance claims, please report any visible packaging damage or shortages to info@prosimhq.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging, product, and delivery documentation. Standard product functionality and manufacturer defects are fully protected under our standard return and warranty windows.

Definitive Returns & Non-Returnable Classifications

Due to the specialized freight handling, industrial packaging requirements, and advanced supply routing required for large-scale technical systems, structural return conditions apply:

Custom & Assembled Systems: Made-to-order, custom-configured, or assembled motion platforms, simulator systems, and heavy hardware setups are non-returnable and non-refundable once production, custom manufacturing, or freight booking has formally commenced.
Standard Eligible Returns: Eligible, uncustomized standard components can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All remorse returns must be completely unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and 100% intact within original manufacturer packaging.
Restocking Fees: Approved remorse returns for technical hardware carry a mandatory 20% restocking fee.
Logistics Deductions: Return freight shipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. For approved customer remorse returns, ProSimHQ's actual original outbound freight costs will be deducted from the final refund amount where allowed by law.
Damaged/Defective Exceptions: Verified product defects, carrier damage, or fulfillment mistakes confirmed by ProSimHQ are fully exempt from return fees and will be resolved at zero cost to the customer via direct part replacement, repair, or substitution.
