Definitive Returns & Non-Returnable Classifications

Custom & Open Software Items: Made-to-order setups, custom-configured equipment, or specialized VR units are non-returnable and non-refundable once production, advanced assembly, or electronic activation has formally commenced.
Standard Eligible Returns: Eligible, uncustomized standard components can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All remorse returns must be 100% unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and intact within original manufacturer packaging.
Restocking Fees: Approved remorse returns for technical hardware carry a mandatory 20% restocking fee.
Logistics Deductions: Return shipping arrangements and carrier costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. For approved customer remorse returns, ProSimHQ's actual original outbound shipping/freight costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
