Vertical impact identifies whether contact occurred high or low on the face relative to the center.
Reviewing vertical strike position alongside launch, spin and ball speed can help explain why apparently similar swings produce different flight and distance results.
Each supported shot can be displayed with its impact location on a clubface graphic and compared with the performance data from that shot.
This allows golfers and instructors to connect the visual strike point with the resulting carry, speed, spin and trajectory information.
Heat Mapping combines the impact locations from a practice session into one visual distribution for a selected club.
Color-coded clusters make it easier to see the golfer’s most common strike area and recurring miss patterns. FlightScope states that heat mapping is available for supported clubs except the putter.
Shot grouping displays the impact location for every supported shot in the session, creating a complete visual picture of accuracy and consistency for each club.
