It translates this data for your DOF Reality motion platform, giving you professional-grade motion cues while allowing you to manage all settings and profiles from a simple app on your phone or tablet.
True PC-Free Console Motion
The MagicBox eliminates the need for a "Proxy PC" in your living room or console lounge:
- Stand-Alone Processing: Replaces the Windows computer traditionally required to run motion software, creating a streamlined, console-only footprint.
- Direct Telemetry Capture: Synchronizes with supported titles on PS4/PS5 and Xbox Series X|S to extract physics data for pitch, roll, and heave.
- Mobile Ecosystem: Connect to the MagicBox via Wi-Fi to adjust motion intensity, smoothing, and vehicle profiles using the SRS mobile interface.
Understanding the MagicBox Scope
To ensure a successful setup, it is important to understand what the Console Link manages:
- Motion Gateway Only: This device is dedicated strictly to processing motion data for your DOF Reality platform.
- Not a Controller Adapter: The MagicBox does NOT support steering wheels, pedals, or shifters. Your racing peripherals must remain connected to your console as usual.
- Network Dependent: Requires your console and the MagicBox to be on the same local network to "listen" for the game's telemetry stream.
Setup & Integration
Transform your console setup into a high-end motion rig in three steps:
- Connect: Plug your DOF Reality control box into the USB port of the MagicBox.
- Sync: Power on your console and launch a supported title (e.g., Gran Turismo, Forza, F1 Series).
