The DOF Reality HERO 4 (H4) Helicopter Motion Simulator is a 4-axis full-platform system specifically optimized for the unique dynamics of rotary-wing simulation. By incorporating Heave (vertical motion) alongside Pitch, Roll, and Yaw, the H4 replicates essential helicopter cues such as sink rate, lift, and rotor-induced vibrations. This full-platform system moves the pilot and all primary controls—including the cyclic and collective—as a single unit, ensuring consistent ergonomic positioning while delivering physical force cues via high-torque motors.
